Drill Down - High School Work / Study Programs

Troy Powell conducted a sociological study of the effects of high school work study programs.  The study was presented at the American Sociological Association meeting in San Francisco in 2004.  The study shows that high school students who participate in such programs have higher odds of graduating and once they do graduate, they have higher incomes than students who do not participate.  Mr. Powell's paper can be read at http://www.allacademic.com/meta/p_mla_apa_research_citation/1/1/0/8/4/p110842_index.html
